In
the end, with a little extra effort on my part swapping the bands
around- this turned into an appreciated gift. My wife wears the Ipod
daily as a watch. All that is needed is to plug in the headphones and
the Ipod reverts back to its original purpose- only secured to the
wrist (the headphones are positioned to run up inside shirt sleeves,
helping to keep the cords from flaying around wildly when working out).
